Cyber Security Professional Awards 2025
Organised by the Hong Kong Police Force (CSTCB), and co-organised by the Digital Policy Office, (GovCERT.HK), the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKCERT), the Cyber Security Professional Awards 2025 (CSPA 2025) is now open for nominations! The event aims to recognise outstanding industry talent, foster innovation, and strengthen public-private collaboration to jointly enhance Hong Kong’s cybersecurity.

Rules of competition
1) Organisations operating within the eight designated sectors listed below are eligible to submit nominations for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding contributions and performance in the field of cyber security:
i) Banking & Finance
ii) Telecommunication Services
iii) Cyber Security Education & Training
iv) Government Departments & Public Bodies
v) Internet and Cloud Services
vi) Cyber Security Startups & SMEs
vii) Cyber Security Audit & Consulting
viii) Transportation & Public Utilities
2) Within each designated sector, three awards shall be conferred: one Gold Award, one Silver Award, one Bronze Award.
3) The nomination period is currently open and will conclude on 7 November 2025 (Friday).
4) Each individual may be nominated for consideration in the Cyber Security Professional Awards 2025 on one occasion only.
5) Each organisation or company may submit more than one nomination, provided that all nominees meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules.
6) The Judging Panel shall have exclusive and final authority to assess the eligibility of all nominations and to determine the recipients of the awards.
7) The Judging Panel will finalise the selection of awardees in December 2025. All successful nominees and their respective organisations shall be formally notified via email and invited to attend the Award Presentation Ceremony, which is scheduled to be held on 30 January 2026 (Friday).
8) In accordance with Cap. 486 Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all documents and information submitted shall be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the award selection process. Participants have the right to amend their personal data or obtain a copy of the information submitted. All documents submitted will be destroyed within three months after the announcement of the results.
9) All photos and videos related to the event may be published in the organisers’ publications and on their official website
