HKCERT provides open data for the count of monthly security incidents

In December 2018, over 80 government bureaux and departments released their first annual open data plan. HKCERT supports the initiative, and follows suit to release ours. The dataset contains the count of different types of security incidents reported every month. It is released monthly starting from January 2019 via the Public Sector Information (PSI) Portal (data.gov.hk) for free use by the public.
